Barre combines the very best of pilates, yoga, aerobics, and strengthen training and is designed for all bodies. This one-hour class will include a full body fitness routine as well as time for relationships, worship, scripture, and prayer. Whether you’re in need of a graceful or grace-filled workout, we are truly better together as we burn bright.
Grab light weights and exercise mat or towel for floor work if you already own some. Athletic clothes and bare feet are best. And don’t forget some water!
